So why start now? Well, I tired of being overweight, stressed out, feeling like I'm going nowhere.<br /><br />Now, I know I've gone somewhere, I've already lost 20 lbs, but I feel like I'm stuck at that weight and with everything else in my life. So, after thinking way too much about it, I'm actually doing to do something about it and change how I'm living.
